I wanted to make a feminine but strong blouse. Tess presents a straight body, flutted sleeves and a power bow neckline.

Size and Cut:

Loose shoulders, straight cut. You can tie the opening ties at the front in a knot or you can envelop your neck creating a high neckline for a more regal look.

How to style it:

I love it underneath the Tilda Jumper, fun patterned trousers or to elevate your denim. Add brooches or pins for fun.
