Can I try the clothes in person before I buy online?

Absolutely, and if you are unsure of sizes or fit I strongly encourage that. I would recommend to use our appointment booking system, you can find it in the main menu on the landing page. Appointments include a 45 minutes fitting session with me at the show room.

 

How is your return/exchange policy?

I accept returns until 15 days from purchase, with the excemption of swimwear, where sales are final . Return items must be in original condition and must not have signs of wear or use. For returns involving shipping I don't pay for return postage.

 **I am always available if you have questions about any purchase, I take high pride in my craft and I want you to be happy, there is not point in owning a piece that you are not going to wear and feel amazing.

 

How long it will take to get my purchase?

For items like sweatshirts / tees and accessories fulfilment is right away. For clothing collections consider the item you buy as "made to order", even if its not. I maintain a very low inventory, which is part of my sustainable practices. I don't produce what I'm not going to sell. Base on today's demand, the standard turn around is about 3 to 4 weeks. If it happens I have your size in stock the fulfilment is right away.

Note: I take high pride of the product I offer and I don't take shortcuts. There is magic in every stitch that I hope you feel when you wear a Maison Corazon piece. Protecting my time protects my craftsmanship.

 

Do you offer local pick up?

Yes I do. You can choose FREE local pick up at checkout.

 

Do you offer custom pieces?

It depends. I can offer a style in a different available fabric or lengthen, shorten hems, take ins etc. You can always ask me and I will be always honest with you. 

Note: All made to order pieces have to be paid in full upfront.
